This week I had an amazing visit to Montgomery, Alabama. This was my first visit to Alabama and I must confess I didn’t know what to expect. What I found was not surprising. Montgomery is a beautiful little city with southern charm, perfect weather, friendly people, great food and a collection of museums and monuments that were both thought provoking and informative. The National Memorial for Peace and Justice was an especially powerful experience. You can read more about that on my last blog post.
